Stroke recovery is a personal journey shaped by clinical innovation, family and community support, and policy leadership. This presentation explores how partnerships—between stroke survivors, caregivers, clinicians, students, researchers, community partners and policymakers—are driving transformative change in stroke care. By embracing co-design and collaborative inquiry, we can elevate the quality of stroke care and rehabilitation, ensure care is equitable and evidence-based, and influence policy that reflects lived experience. Through real world examples and emerging research, this presentation highlights how engaged partners and interdisciplinary collaboration are not just enhancing outcomes but redefining excellence in stroke recovery.
