Chian Thong (Nicole) Chun
Nicole Chun is a final-year PhD candidate and dietitian who specialises in secondary stroke prevention, co-design, and culinary nutrition programs. She worked closely with stroke survivors and researchers to co-design the i-REBOUND Cook Well After Stroke program, aiming to make healthy eating more practical, enjoyable, and achievable after stroke. Nicole’s background includes experience as an aged care dietitian and her current role as a clinical dietitian in rural hospitals and a rehabilitation centre, where she supports people to improve their health and recovery through food.
